saw the dolphins  again today good view from the balcony kerry and paul walked 5km today nice breeze along the ocean. nice flowers

happy easter

kerry and paul went to easter mass today .then went for a drive to ponce inlet paul then went golfing not a bad round of golf not ready for the masters yet.paul and kerry then went for a beach walk to peck plaza 29 floor lounge for a easter drink two ladies where singing they were very good nice and relaxing. all total 3 km of walking on the beach this picture is easter sun rise

still windy 30 miles per hour hold on to your hats.kerry did 5.5 km of walking today part by doing indoor laps around the atrium of the condo . then kerry and paul went beach walking not many sun bathers today.we walked for about 1.5hrs the first picture is of the rough ocean this moring at high tide the second one is the entrace lobby to the condo the plants are all real.the condos are on either side. with the elevators behind the water falls

paul and kerry did the flea market again and shopping mall .just looking did not buy anything .a bit of rain today but the 30 mile an hour winds are crazy the ocean white caps can be seen for miles out in the ocean . to dangerous for outdoor walking.notice the angle of the plam trees picture from condo balcony with public,s grocery store in back ground .for a total of 7700 steps equels 3 km

hot and humid

paul played golf today not a bad round our team had 4 under par.later in the day kerry and paul walked the beach for 5km with 1 stop at crabby joes for a drink you get thristy walking looking at all those bikins and beer bellies

chill out day

paul and kerry chilled out today we drove to titusville which is south of daytona to do some sight seeing.nice in the van with a/c .temp was in the 95;s and humid. we visited 2 malls along the way both were empty all the stores are closed and vacant .spoke the one person who said the economy was very poor here no work any were.we did a short walk on the beach less than 3km . we did see 3 dolphins swiming this morning just looking off the condo balcony nice to see them.this picture is a street in st ausgtine that was used for a scene  in the forest gump movie

ocean swim

paul went golfing this morning no red neck partners today .had lunch then went with kerry for a 5.5 km walk on the beach. what a warm one so we went swiming in the ocean to cool off. sun rise daytona beach shores april 3 2012

paul and kerry drove to main street parked the veh and walked the boardwalk at the main entrace to the daytona beach then headed north on yhe beach  for a total of 4.5 km.paul went swiming in the ocean . kerry sunned by the pool then we both went for a swim in the out door pool

paul went golfing this morning played with 2 florida red necks.kerry and paul went beach walking for 5km with 1 stop at crabby  joes place for drinks it was warm out there.

paul anf kerry walked the beach this morning for 5.5km before the rain .we had thunder shower this afternoon.then the sun came out for a nice evening  bringing in real hot weather this week 89 and 90"s.this is a peacock from the fontain of youth park at st. augustine fld.they are free to wander in the park

kerry and paul went to the daytona flea market this morning just to look around .then sat on balcony a read our books .went for a 1 hr walk on the beach before supper total today 4km

paul played golf in the morning not a bad round 4  under for our team  . then kerry and paul went beach walking for 5km  with one stop for drinks and coconut shrimp snack what a life being retiered

good bye kim

paul kim and kerry visitted deland flea market had lunch then got kim ready for her trip  home.then paul and kerry did a 45 minute bare foot walk on  the beach .a view of the condo from the beach

ocean swim

paul and kim went swiming in the ocean water was warm with nice waves kerry was taking pictures.then all 3 of us walked along the shore with water over our feet. paul also played golf today

only 2 sleeps left for kim

kim paul and kerry went shopping ,sight seeing. and a visit to a chocolate factory,then it was lunch time at a irish pub werer we got a free t shirt, food and drinks were good ,paul went and played a round of golf the girls went to the pool area to read, after supper a walk on the beach.

kim kerry and paul did 2 stints of walking on the beach for a total of 6 km  had a nice supper at the peck towers restarant on the 29 floor

kerry and paul did a 1hr walk on the beach. kim was cathing some sun rays by the pool.paul went golfing in the afternoon it was hot and humid but had a good round of golf.

a morning visit to the daytona flea market lots of people. the fresh fruit and veg looked very nice we bought tomatoes fresh corn on the cob and lettuce all from local merchants.then we went for a 5 km walk on the beach.and a margarita stop at crabby joes on the pier

paul went golfing today the girls went shopping then we all went and sat by the pool to sun ourselves. went and had a nice supper at cabbaras italian restarant.then did 55 minutes of  beach walking

finnaly got a veh from hertz what a great deal .so paul kerry and kim went to ST augustine to do some sight seeing

no cars for rent

kim and kerry did a 1 hr beach walk .paul was trying to rent a car seems  like daytona has rented all its cars out. so after supper kim and paul went to the liquor store for more supplies it was a 50 minute walk a good day was had by all.
